Ronny Jackson, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas' 13th district since 2021, recently shared several updates on social media reflecting his involvement in military oversight and local sports achievements. On March 10, 2025, Jackson expressed his honor at joining Chairman Mike Rogers and fellow House Armed Services Committee Republicans at Guantanamo Bay. He stated: "I was honored to join Chairman @RepMikeRogersAL and my fellow @HASCRepublicans at Guantanamo Bay to witness firsthand the incredible work our military is doing to keep America safe. Later that day, Jackson congratulated Denton Guyer High School for their achievement in sports. On March 10, 2025, he posted: "Congratulations to Denton Guyer for winning their first UIL 6A-D2 State Basketball Championship! Their hard work and dedication paid off in a big way, and they’ve made their school and TX-13 proud. Special shout out to Silas Rodriguez for earning MVP! Go wildcats!"

On March 11, 2025, Jackson highlighted a recent vote by House Republicans concerning government operations. He tweeted: "House Republicans just voted to keep the government OPEN so President Trump can keep FIGHTING for the American people! Now it’s time for the Senate to do its job!"
