Toddler Tracks

Explorers age 5 and younger (accompanied by an adult) are welcome to participate in the Toddler Tracks program. There will be a nature-themed storytime at the Wildcat Bluff Nature Center, located at 2301 N. Soncy Road in Amarillo. Participants will make a craft or participate in a hands-on activity and go on a nature walk on Libb's Trail. The theme is "engineers with a wild side." Dress appropriately for the weather and bring a bottle of water with you. We go on our nature walk regardless of the weather, even though rain tends to cut our time out there a bit shorter. The second Friday of each month from 10 to 11 a.m. is reserved for Toddler Tracks. This program is included in the price of admission. DHDC members who have the Wildcat Bluff add-on membership also receive free admission to the event.

This event is for children ages 4 to 11. It will be held at the Don Harrington Discovery Center from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. We'll keep an eye on the youngsters so you can relax and enjoy your evening. Children that take part in the event will do things such as investigate displays, participate in mind-boggling experiments, and more. Food will be available for dinner.

Cost of membership is $25 for the first child and $20 for each additional child. For non-members, the first child is charged $30 and each additional child is charged $25. Because there is a restriction on the number of seats available, bookings are required in advance.
