3.2% of citizens unemployed in Randall County in 2021

Randall County recorded an unemployment rate of 3.2% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 2,338 people out of the 139,176 living in Randall County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Randall County has decreased compared to the 3.6% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Randall County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 5.3%.

Of the 71,822 people who had a job during that time, 89 were employed in the Armed Forces and 71,733 belonged to the civilian labor force.
