Meditation & Mindfulness:
• Headspace app - unique daily guided meditations to help reduce anxiety and stress
• Ten Percent app – this app will allow you to discover guided meditations and practical teachings you can carry anywhere
• Calm app - this app offers clarity, joy, and peace through guided meditations, sleep stories, breathing programs and relaxing music
Mental Health & Wellbeing:
• Happify app - a self-guided app that aims to increase positive emotions through exercises and games supported by positive psychology and mindfulness
Wellness:
• Planet Fitness streams 20-minute at-home, full-body workouts on its Facebook page Monday through Friday nights, which are then uploaded to its YouTube page.
• Yoga with Adriene features dozens of yoga workouts from 5 to 40 minutes long and geared toward all levels of experience
