Event Name: Childbirth Education Class
If you are having a medical emergency, call 9-1-1. For accurate wait time, call the hospital.
Our Childbirth Education Class, offered on the second Saturday of each month, provides pregnant women and their support person with information about childbirth in a relaxed, supportive environment. It is recommended that you begin the class when you are 30 to 32 weeks pregnant. Areas of discussion include:
Pregnancy changes
Physical and behavioral changes during labor and birth
Breathing
Relaxation
Coping strategies for labor and delivery
Date: February 8, 2020
Time: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: Community Lecture Room at Northwest Texas Healthcare System.
