Our Childbirth Education Class, offered on the second Saturday of each month, provides pregnant women and their support person with information about childbirth in a relaxed, supportive environment. It is recommended that you begin the class when you are 30 to 32 weeks pregnant. Areas of discussion include:
Pregnancy changes
Physical and behavioral changes during labor and birth
Breathing
Relaxation
Coping strategies for labor and delivery
Date: Second Saturday of each month
Time: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: Community Lecture Room at Northwest Texas Healthcare System.
