On Friday, April 25, former Canyon High School standout Evan Janner’s current college team, the UTRGV Vaqueros, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the McNeese State Cowboys.

The game took place at UTRGV Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Vaqueros’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium against McNeese State Cowboys.
