On Sunday, March 9, former Amarillo High School standout Danae Lopez’s current college team, the Colorado Christian Cougars, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Regis Rangers.
The game took place at All Star Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Rangers this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 11:55 a.m. at Joe Coors, Jr. Softball Field against Colorado Mines Orediggers.
